Welcome!

Thanks for visiting, I'm glad you're here.  I've been doing this for a while, so I know that you're looking for something - perhaps to make an improvement or change, maybe to solve a problem.  You've heard (maybe already know) that Yoga or an exercise programme could help you.

 

It seems simple but also complicated right?  Finding an Instructor that resonates, a convenient time and location.  Feeling valued and not just a number.  And of course you want (and deserve) some outcomes and results if you decide to invest your time and money.  

 

Perhaps you'd like to increase strength, flexibility or both?  Maybe you'd like less painful joints with better range of motion? To reduce stress and fatigue?  We all get messages about how we should invest in our physical and mental health, but it can still be tough to implement within the context of a busy life.  Unless we have some strategies and support available.

 

More than likely you want to feel better, move better. and know that any exercises you do are going to be beneficial for your body and not cause you injury.  You want something that is sustainable and enjoyable.  A framework that feels achievable with enough variety and challenge to keep you progressing. 

 

Everyone has their own reasons but there are common themes amongst my clients.  They want to protect the structural health of their body so that they can keep doing activities they love long into the future (if not forever!) They want to do it in a way that feels connected and meaningful and isn't just a fad.  They want to leave sessions feeling lifted up, not broken down.

Please remember to bring your own Yoga mat when attending any classes you have booked.

If you are brand new to Yoga and don't yet have a mat, purchase an inexpensive mat with quick delivery from amazon.

Typical Yoga mats are 6mm thick, this provides enough cushioning without being too squishy to balance on.
