This will be a class all on the floor with layered options from simple to hard so you can start from where you currently are and progress without pressure to go too fast, too soon. Equally if you are in the mood for a challenge you can pick the harder options. A great class to strengthen, tone and stabilise the entire core in a healthy way that will prevent back pain, tightness and weakness as well as enhance your experience of other Yoga postures.
