Service Description

Join us for an active 50-minute yoga session designed to improve flexibility, mobility, as well as strengthen muscles, bones and joints. This class welcomes all levels. Men and women are welcome. Leave feeling calm and centered. Recommend bringing your own mat, but there are spares if you forget.

Cancellation Policy

1. Once booked, my session is non-refundable. 2. In the event I cannot attend, I can request a place at another class but this isn't guaranteed. 3. I understand that I am participating in Yoga classes/ any other exercise programmes during which I will receive information and instruction about yoga, physical exercise or health. I recognise that exercise requires physical exertion, which may be strenuous and may cause physical injury, and I am fully aware of the risks and hazards involved. 4. I understand that it is my responsibility to consult a Doctor prior to and regarding my participation in the yoga classes, health programs or workshops offered by my instructor. I represent and warrant that I am physically fit and I have no medical condition, which would prevent my full participation in these yoga classes or workshops. 5. If I am pregnant I understand that I participate fully at my own risk and that of my unborn child/children. 6. In consideration of being permitted to participate in the yoga classes/ other exercise programmes, I agree to respect the limits of my body, follow instruction and immediately stop any movement causing me pain. I assume full responsibility for any risks or injuries that I may incur as a result of participating in classes/ other programmes. 7. In further consideration of being permitted to participate in the yoga classes/ other programmes, I knowingly, voluntarily and expressly waive any claim I may have against my instructor for injury or damages that I may sustain as a result of participating in these programmes or classes. 8. I hereby take full and sole responsibility for any liability of loss or damage to personal property associated with yoga classes or any other events. 9. I understand that from time to time during yoga classes, the instructor may physically adjust students’ form and posture. If I do not want such physical adjustments, I will inform the instructor. I also acknowledge that if I do wish to receive such adjustments, it is my responsibility to inform the instructor when an adjustment has gone as far as I desire at that time. 10. I have read the above release and waiver of liability and fully understand its contents. I voluntarily agree to the terms and conditions stated above under my own free will. By booking into any Rachel Louise Yoga classes or events I hereby agree to the terms and conditions above. 11. Upon booking any of our services you are confirming you indicate acceptance of our waiver.

Please remember to bring your own Yoga mat when attending any classes you have booked.

If you are brand new to Yoga and don't yet have a mat, purchase an inexpensive mat with quick delivery from amazon.

Typical Yoga mats are 6mm thick, this provides enough cushioning without being too squishy to balance on.
